Our Services

Resilient Procurement

Procurement decisions made today will shape infrastructure, supply chains, and communities for decades to come.

As climate and nature risks intensify, the organisations that embed resilience into their procurement processes now will be far better placed to manage what's ahead and to demonstrate real value to the stakeholders they serve.

Everloop helps organisations in public and private sectors make procurement decisions that are resilient, responsible, and built to last.

We help organisations integrate climate resilience into procurement, investment, and infrastructure decisions, covering everything from risk assessment and emissions reduction to supplier selection and contract management. We design and implement sustainable procurement policies that align with regulatory requirements, national environmental commitments, and broader sustainability goals.

We also support the development of resilience criteria embedded directly into tendering and contracting processes, helping organisations move beyond policy intent to practical, measurable change.

Beyond individual organisations, we advise public bodies, regional authorities, and cross-sector initiatives, supporting collaboration, shared frameworks, and programmes that accelerate climate and nature-positive outcomes at scale.

How we help:

  • Climate risk and vulnerability assessment of infrastructure assets and plans
  • Physical climate risk data - locations specific historical and forward-looking data
  • Resilience-centred integration of climate mitigation and adaptation into procurement and infrastructure decision-making
  • Public sector green procurement advisory
  • Technical advisory services for public sector and sectoral sustainability initiatives

Case Study

How Woolcool Took Action on Water Stewardship

Building on a TNFD-aligned nature impact assessment, water was identified as a material issue for Woolcool (an innovator in sustainable packaging).

We guided Woolcool through a structured water stewardship assessment aligned with the Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS) standard.

Together, we created Woolcool’s first Water Stewardship Strategy:

  • Clear visibility of water hotspots across the value chain
  • Defined risks related to climate, water quality, and materials sourcing
  • Targeted actions across direct control, supplier influence, and local water initiatives

Our Impact

By working with us, Woolcool moved from uncertainty to a clear, actionable roadmap on water stewardship.

Crucially, this wasn’t just a compliance exercise. The strategy unlocked opportunities for meaningful employee engagement, growing partnerships that benefit both water conservation efforts and the business, while helping to identify strategies for building water resilience across the supply chain.

How do you start to build a Resilient Procurement Strategy?

A few structured steps can help you understand where climate and nature risks enter your procurement decisions and how to build long-term resilience.

  • Map your exposure: Where in your procurement and supply chains are climate and nature risks most significant, now and in the future?
  • Understand your impacts: Which procurement decisions are contributing to emissions, resource depletion, or nature loss?
  • Water footprinting and stewardship strategy
  • Nature-positive training
  • Life cycle assessment (LCA) with beyond-carbon metrics

Ready to take the next step?

We help you embed climate and nature resilience into your procurement processes, reduce long-term risk, and align your activities with the sustainability commitments that matter most.
