Elena is a geoscientist and Expert Reviewer for the IPCC AR6 WGI, with a focus on adaptation, resilience, impact assessment, and parametric insurance design. Her strength lies in translating complex climate science into clear, decision-ready insights that support practical action across sectors.
With a strong commitment to accessibility, Elena works to ensure that climate risk knowledge is understandable and usable for a wide range of stakeholders, bringing deep technical expertise together with a purpose-driven approach. Elena hosts all 30 sessions.
