Our Services

Climate Action

Our climate is changing and businesses are already feeling the effects.

Floods, droughts and heatwaves are becoming more frequent and intense, bringing real operational challenges: supply chain disruption, material shortages, infrastructure damage and rising insurance costs. At the same time, reporting expectations and stakeholder pressure around climate and carbon impacts are evolving fast.

Knowing where to start isn't always easy. That's where Everloop comes in. We work with you to understand your climate risks, build practical decarbonisation plans, and set science-aligned targets that are credible and achievable, helping your business respond to climate change with confidence.

How we help:

Carbon management support

Know your carbon. Own your path to net zero.

Understanding where your emissions come from is the first step to meaningfully reducing them. We help organisations move beyond estimates, building a rigorous, credible picture of their carbon footprint and a clear roadmap to reduce it. Whether you're just starting out or ready to set science-based targets, we meet you where you are.

  • Carbon measurement & footprinting We calculate your Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions using recognised methodologies - from operational carbon to full value chain assessments and product-level Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs). You'll get data you can trust, and the clarity to act on it.

  • Decarbonisation strategy & SBTi target setting We help you turn your emissions data into a credible, prioritised action plan and model the possible changes to identify which ones will deliver the most impact. We support you through setting Science Based Targets (SBTi), identifying the highest-impact interventions, and building a roadmap that's ambitious, realistic and aligned with your business strategy.

  • Climate reporting readiness We support organisations in preparing for mandatory and voluntary carbon disclosure such as SECR, GRI, EcoVadis and B Corp reporting.

  • Carbon literacy training We build internal capability so your teams understand the science, own the numbers, and can confidently lead climate conversations - from boardroom to procurement. Our accredited Carbon Literacy training gives every participant a recognised certificate and leaves them equipped to take meaningful action, both individually and within your organisation.

Climate Risk & Resilience Advisory

Climate change is a business issue. We help you treat it like one.

Climate risk is no longer a future concern, it's a current one. From extreme weather events disrupting operations to shifting regulations reshaping your market, the risks are real, financial and already here. We help forward-thinking organisations identify their exposure, understand what it means for their business, and build the resilience to thrive in an uncertain future.

Whether you're responding to regulatory pressure or proactively future-proofing your operations, understanding your hidden risks and exposure is the foundation of smart strategy.

  • Physical climate risk assessment We assess your key sites and value chain locations against a range of climate hazards, including flooding, heatwaves, water scarcity and extreme weather — across short, medium and long-term time horizons. Our asset-level analysis uses detailed data to identify your highest-risk locations and provide actionable insight on exposure and vulnerability.

  • Transition risk assessment We evaluate the risks and opportunities your business faces from the shift to a low-carbon economy: policy changes, evolving customer expectations, new technologies, access to funding and reputational pressures. We can help you estimate financial and operational implications of the risks to your business and engage business functions in formulating mitigation actions.

  • Scenario analysis & resilience planning We develop tailored climate scenarios and test your business model against each to identify vulnerabilities and strategic opportunities. Through facilitated stakeholder workshops, we help leadership teams understand what climate change means for each function — and identify the responses needed to build long-term resilience.

  • Climate risk resilience strategy & adaptation support Beyond identification, we help you act. We support the integration of climate risk considerations into existing business processes — from supplier questionnaires and internal surveys to carbon pricing models and revised strategy frameworks.

  • Climate risk reporting readiness (TCFD, ISSB, CSRD) We help you evaluate your current practices against reporting requirements and draft compliant disclosure reports, review existing reports, and benchmark against peers. We make the reporting process manageable — and the output something you're confident to stand behind.

Full Carbon Footprint Including Scope 3

UK fashion brand

A UK fashion brand needed a complete picture of its carbon footprint, including the complex Scope 3 emissions across multiple products and materials.

Click to Reveal Our Impact.

We worked with the client to collate operational data across all carbon categories, moving beyond spend-based estimates to improve accuracy. For complex categories including purchased goods and transport, we structured data and applied more precise emissions factors. Once calculated, we identified the key carbon hotspots such as raw materials, manufacturing and transportation, and the reduction opportunities within each to help the business concentrate efforts where it matters most. To enable accurate progress tracking as changes are made, we developed a robust methodology for ongoing data collection and monitoring, including supplier data.

The result

A credible, decision-ready carbon footprint with a clear focus on where reductions will have the greatest impact.

A Credible Decarbonisation Plan to commit to SBTI

Home appliances brand

A home appliances brand had climate targets in place but needed a rigorous, practical plan to deliver them, one that balanced ambition with commercial reality and enabled confident SBTI commitment.

Click to Reveal Our Impact.

We started with a carbon footprint of operations and lifecycle analysis of key products to pinpoint the main portfolio carbon drivers, then modelled a range of intervention scenarios, evaluated against carbon saving potential alongside commercial and practical feasibility. Using a structured decarbonisation pathway modelling, we identified the optimal combination of interventions to deliver the SBTI targets.

On the basis of these interventions, we worked with the client to build a sequenced decarbonisation plan connected to the brand's broader sustainability goals, avoiding “carbon tunnel”, and identifying the key milestones, ownership and deliverables.

The result

An SBTi-aligned roadmap that is ambitious, credible, and built to deliver.

Product LCA to inform decarbonisation strategy

International cosmetics brand

An international cosmetics brand needed to pinpoint the main carbon drivers across its product portfolio to build a targeted decarbonisation strategy.

Click to Reveal Our Impact.

We selected a representative product sample covering key ingredients, categories and sales volumes, mapping full lifecycles and quantifying carbon impact at every stage. We supplemented this with broader environmental impact estimates, such as pollution risk, water use, biodiversity impact, to ensure interventions were designed with more than just carbon in mind. Using the LCA results, we identified the priority interventions across ingredients, packaging and product formats, and built a portfolio model to identify how the range could be reshaped to reduce carbon while protecting commercial value.

The result

A data-driven decarbonisation roadmap for the portfolio, targeting the right products, ingredients and formats for maximum impact

Climate Risk Disclosure support (SB261)

Touring and live events business

A live events business needed to prepare for climate risk disclosure under California's SB261 legislation, their first foray into formal climate risk management.

Click to Reveal Our Impact.

We ran a TCFD-based diagnostic to establish maturity and gaps, then mapped the value chain and business model to identify key transition risks and opportunities. Physical climate risk assessment was conducted across critical sites to identify the main exposure. We built a climate risk register through a structured stakeholder process, ensuring findings were stress-tested and owned across the business. The insights from the process demonstrated how risks affect key business processes and how this shapes the key functional decisions.

The result

An enhanced climate risk management register for integration into the company-wide ERM, actionable recommendations for addressing the main risks and a climate risk process the business can build on.

Flood risk assessment of factories

Manufacturer of construction materials

In 2024, one of their Valencia facilities suffered flood damage which was a major surprise that led to multi-million losses, equipment damage, and delays. They wanted a data-driven answer to a key question: are other factories exposed to direct flood damage or nearby flood-related disruptions?

Click to Reveal Our Impact.

For this location affected in 2024, and 10 other factories, we processed all available historical (1950 - 2025) satellite and observational data. We then conducted a technical study of both river and pluvial flood for that area (it is ~10km away from Valencia) to understand whether a similar flood had ever happened previously, and whether something similar is projected in the future at this site. We used river runoff, extreme rainfall from 40 climate models, different scenarios and multiple future time horizons. Following the study, we suggested flood-specific adaptation measures for this facility and two others located directly in flood prone areas.

The result

A clear view of the exposure and adaptation measures to help the business avoid any further losses from unexpected events.
