Circularity Strategy

The shift to a circular economy isn't just an environmental imperative, it's a business one.

Circularity is the tool and the lever that helps organisations achieve their environmental goals.

Everloop helps your business cut through the complexity and build a circularity strategy that actually works.

We work closely with leadership and operational teams to embed circular principles into day-to-day decision-making; from procurement and product development to supply chain management and operations. This includes eco-design and circular product innovation, informed by Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), to help you design products that reduce material use, extend product life, enable repair and reuse.

We also support circular business model innovation; from product-as-a-service and take-back schemes to closed-loop systems

How we help:

  • Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and eco-design
  • Product & service circular systems modelling
  • Circular business model innovation
  • Crafting a circularity impact story and developing impact metrics
  • Certification support (EcoVadis, B Corp)

How Woolcool Took Action on Water Stewardship

Building on a TNFD-aligned nature impact assessment, water was identified as a material issue for Woolcool (an innovator in sustainable packaging).

We guided Woolcool through a structured water stewardship assessment aligned with the Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS) standard.

Together, we created Woolcool’s first Water Stewardship Strategy:

  • Clear visibility of water hotspots across the value chain
  • Defined risks related to climate, water quality, and materials sourcing
  • Targeted actions across direct control, supplier influence, and local water initiatives

Our Impact

By working with us, Woolcool moved from uncertainty to a clear, actionable roadmap on water stewardship.

Crucially, this wasn’t just a compliance exercise. The strategy unlocked opportunities for meaningful employee engagement, growing partnerships that benefit both water conservation efforts and the business, while helping to identify strategies for building water resilience across the supply chain.

Building a Circularity Strategy.
Where do you start?

  • Map your material flows: Where do resources enter and leave your business? Which materials are most critical — or most at risk?
  • Understand your impacts: Where across your value chain are waste, emissions, and resource inefficiency greatest?
  • Set priorities: Which risks and opportunities matter most, now and in the near future? Don't underestimate the cost of inaction.
  • Make a plan: Tackle your biggest impacts to protect your business and drive real progress toward a circular future.

Ready to take the next step?

We help you identify opportunities, reduce risk across your value chain, and build a circularity strategy that's credible, practical, and built to last.
